The KTSW News Department is actively researching community, state, and national news. The student-run department produces weekly half-hour programs titled In The Public Interest (IPI) and a daily newscast on Monday through Friday.

In The Public Interest runs every SUNDAY at 9am and WEDNESDAY at 12:00pm.

The KTSW daily Newscasts run every Tuesday & Thursday from 4:00pm to 4:30pm.

(Daily newscasts do not run during the summer semesters.)
